Every exhibit project or event planning session begins with a kick-off meeting in which the design team and account manager meet to discuss critical elements of the project including: customer objectives, budget, theme, and physical display requirements such as information areas, conference rooms, presentation areas, interactive displays, AV requirements and more.

Once the list is complete, a second list is compiled, which includes; key industry influences, industry trends, customer marketing priorities, promotional opportunities, show rules and regulations, challenges and limitations.
With this information in hand, the brain storming process begins. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the idea process no matter how different or away from the main stream the idea may be. Again, the goal is to develop a viable solution that will provide the marketing impact necessary. It must enhance the exhibitor's brand, while being functionally sound and cost effective.
