Creatacor uses an in-house designed, FileMaker based system known as JobCritical™ to track all aspects of a project or program. This system includes estimating, purchasing, cost tracking, invoicing, scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting and departmental work orders.

JobCritical™ also has an online component called OnCor™ which currently allows our customers to log in and see information about their upcoming projects, photos of their exhibits, access a searchable database of their graphics (with PDF downloads) and an ordering system for exhibits. We host our JobCritical™ and OnCor™ systems on-site along with our e-mail server.

Both of these systems are designed and maintained internally, so we have the flexibility to easily adapt them to incorporate new company procedures and/or customer requests.
