Single per event fee for check In/check out, packing, handling,
inspection of exhibits. Fees are based on the number of events per
year, number of exhibits in use, and the nature of the exhibits
Complete tech/setup inspection, and inventory of exhibit properties
upon arrival at Creatacor.
Complete inspection/setup after each return.
Inspection/damage reports are forwarded to the last user and your
program coordinator after each use. All inspections are completed
within 10 days of the return.
Based on the inspection report, should repairs become necessary,
Creatacor will provide a cost estimate for repairs. Estimates will be
forwarded to the last User and your program coordinator for approval.

Quarterly usage reports include:
- User info, show or event name, location, and dates
- Ship date from Creatacor and return date to Creatacor
- Repair or maintenance work required/completed after usage
Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx depending on the delivery
date and service area availability. Our standard shipping procedure is to
ship via FedEx (2-Day Service).
Web based reservations including:
- Customer dedicated portable program web site for reserving and
ordering exhibits from any remote location.
- Reservations acknowledgement via auto-response e-mailed to the
user confirming dates and other details such as shipping information.
