Creatacor uses an in-house designed, FileMaker based system known as JobCritical to track all aspects of a project or program. This system includes estimating, purchasing, cost tracking, invoicing, scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting and departmental work orders.
JobCritical also has an online component called OnCor which currently allows our customers to log in and see information about their upcoming projects, photos of their exhibits, access a searchable database of their graphics (with PDF downloads) and an ordering system for exhibits. We host our JobCritical and OnCor systems on-site along with our e-mail server.
Both of these systems are designed and maintained internally, so we have the flexibility to easily adapt them to incorporate new company procedures and/or customer requests.
Our Design Department has the latest, top of the line Apple systems on which they use software packages such as VectorWorks, Strata 3D CX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Quark to create exhibit designs, fly-throughs and graphic layouts. Our Design Department also handles large format printing with the latest graphic production equipment available.
