COVID-19 – A Message From Creatacor

To our valued clients,

First and foremost, we hope all of you are healthy and doing as well as possible under the circumstances. In the world of events and exhibitions, we are experienced enough to expect the unexpected but the current environment is way beyond the unexpected.

Please note that as of this past Friday afternoon NY Governor Andrew M. Cuomo signed the “New York State on PAUSE” executive order, a 10-point policy to assure uniform safety for everyone. It includes a new directive that all non-essential businesses statewide must close in-office personnel functions effective at 8PM on Sunday, March 22, and temporarily bans all non-essential gatherings of individuals of any size for any reason.

This order applies to Creatacor and means that our facility will be closed and our production operations will be on hold until further notice. We will, however, continue to operate our business with staff that will be working remotely.  Also, we have a partner locally who is able to remain open for receiving shipments and partners for building outside of NY State.

In keeping with Creatacor’s core values, the health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. Most of the staff who can are successfully working remotely. Our personnel have discontinued travel and are following the federal, state and local health professionals’ guidelines to stay safe and mitigate the spread of the coronavirus.

While these are unprecedented times, we want to assure you that Creatacor remains committed to the overall success of our team and our clients. We are still adapting to the new reality but we want you to know that we will continue to be not only available to provide you with our full support but also provide you with new ideas and ways to solve the emerging challenges that you may be presented with.

We use the term partnership often but never has it been more critical than in today’s environment.  The character of Creatacor and the relentless power and spirit of our staff will get us through this difficult time for our team members and our clients.
