Creatacor A Sponsor Of LEGO Children’s Charity Golf Tournament

We are pleased to announce that we will be a corporate sponsor for the first LEGO® Children’s Charity Golf Tournament, a Travelers Championship Charity event. Proceeds from the unique family-focused event will benefit Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, the state’s only academic medical center dedicated to the care of children and young adults.

LEGO® Systems Inc., is partnering with The Travelers Championship, Connecticut’s PGA Tour event, to deliver a first-class event to generate funds and goodwill for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center which will use the money raised to invest in pediatric subspecialists, cutting-edge technology, needed equipment, and medical research.

LEGO® Children's Charity Golf Tournament

The event will take place on Monday, July 30, at TPC River Highlands, an award-winning golf course in Cromwell, CT. In addition to the Golf Tournament, on the same afternoon there is a LEGO® Play Well Day. This fun-filled event includes using one of the greatest building materials of all time: Thousands of LEGO bricks. Participants will be able to meet a LEGO Master Builder and explore their inner builder, as well as participate in interactive games, fun contests, and a barbeque for the entire family.

“LEGO is one of our valued clients, and Creatacor’s sponsorship allows a current or former patient family to attend the LEGO® Play Well Day,” stated Thomas H. Lemery, president & CEO of Creatacor, Inc. “We are honored to assist with this fundraising effort as children and young adults deserve the best medical care and facility available.”
