For the second time this year, Creatacor has held an ‘All In’ week at our facility.
The idea for All In week is to bring together all of our employees here at Creatacor for the entire week to work and be together, by having our remote employees from Texas, Wisconsin, and Western New York travel in, and taking a break from work from home for this event.
It was GREAT to have everyone together this week!
The Creatacor PPC (Party Planning Committee) did a great job coming up with fun activities for the week – let’s check them all out…
For more than three decades, the Chamber Angels has provided holiday cheer for more than 500 children in the southern Saratoga County community. The families of these children, infant to 18 years old, are enduring financial hardships that make the extra expense of the holidays a cause for stress and unhappiness during what should be a season of joy.
The Creatacor team adopted three families, and we took some time off from the hustle & bustle in the office to shop the old fashioned way… We then came back to the office to get all the presents ready by the tree:
A great way to remember the reason for the season, to give back to our community and ensure kids in need will have a little holiday magic.
Later that day, we had a Welcome Reception for all employees to great everyone ready for the rest of the week:
We had a special luncheon to celebrate Rich Henaghan’s 20th anniversary at Creatacor.
Here’s Will kicking things off by talking about how Rich has been such an important part of Creatacor for these 20 years:
…and here’s Rich giving his speech, and a thumbs up to the team:
After all our bellies were full, it was time to make everyone run around!
The first game up had 5 teams form to wrap up their teammate with wrapping paper, and then race to the finish line (without ripping your wrapping):
You can see here that Pat’s team had it figured out… They were the winner, as Pat’s wide stance while wrapping gave him the edge in the race:
Next up was Christmas musical chairs:
Based on this photo, you’d think Linda was in great (about to sit) position to get the win, but Tina was quicker, and took home the 2023 Christmas Musical Chairs championship.
This was a fun one – Gingerbread House Building Contest!
Team members got to use their creativity and build some gingerbread houses:
It was a great competition, but one needed to be declared the winner… after a round of voting, Emily’s house took the top prize.
From left to right, we have the top 3: Emily, Gerry, and Joe Y.
Great work all!
As we do each December, we had our holiday luncheon. This time, we had it at Ravenswood in Clifton Park.
The food was great, and the company was even better:
Behind Tina, you can see Pat fixing his Ugly Christmas Sweater – getting it ready for the Ugly Christmas Sweater contest. It worked, Pat was the winner!
Our last event for all in week was a breakfast gathering for bagels.
But, we of course had to have one more game!
For this contest, players pushed a replica model of the OSRAM SYLVANIA Lightmobile with a Christmas tree on top to see how far they could make it without the tree falling off. Congrats to Jimmy for winning this one!
But, to keep up with the holiday spirit, here’s a photo of Dave (Santa?!?) taking his turn:
It was so great to have everyone here – what a week!
