In support of The Food Pantries For The Capital District, we will be collecting food in our lobby from November 8th – November 22nd. Help us fill up these containers!
Access to food is a growing concern as hunger is now a chronic problem. Locally, more than 1 in 10 people (11.99%) struggle with having adequate food resources. If you are visiting our office, please consider bringing in food donations as outlined below helping the Food Pantries meet the needs of those who need it most.
The food drive will end on November 22nd – the same day as our Red Cross Blood Drive. If you’d like to schedule a time to make a blood donation on the 22nd, please visit the Red Cross Blood Donation Scheduling Site and sign up! Don’t forget to bring a food item!
