Account Manager

The Account Manager works closely with our Account Executives in supporting all client needs in the experiential industry acting as the primary liaison between the Clients and Creatacor ensuring fulfillment of all Client expectations. In some instances, an Account Manager may manage accounts of their own. This individual must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, with impeccable customer service skills. This candidate must be client focused with strong communication and listening skills. Creativity in developing custom solutions is essential. The Account Manager handles clients, projects or both taking jobs from initial lead through project execution and continued development of client relationships.

Job Responsibilities: Include but not limited to:

  • Establishing and managing production schedules with collaboration from Project Managers
  • Maintain up to date project information within Creatacor internal system
  • Generate requests for estimates, invoice requests, POs, work orders, design requests and other reports as required for projects
  • Coordinating all production/fabrication needs with production teams in order to meet the deadlines
  • Serve as primary or secondary client contact as required
  • Coordinating all graphic requirements between client and internal teams
  • Participate in and provide meeting minutes and distribute to client and account team
  • Schedule and attend Kick-Off and Hand-Off Meetings resolving all unanswered issues, reviewing the job file for accuracy of information and flawless execution of project
  • Ensure that all deadlines are not compromised to avoid “RUSH” charges for the client
  • Coordinate all install/dismantling requirements and schedules with project management and logistical requirements and schedules with venue contacts
  • Monitor internal and external costs to effectively manage project budgets and achieve or exceed forecasted show profit
  • Review invoice against proposal to determine variances. Investigate unexplained variances to determine validity and accuracy
  • Regularly inform the Account Executive of project status and or any issues
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service & problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management including the executive team.
  • Proficiency in budgetary management skills
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Multi-tasker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including detailed note taker
  • Proficient computer skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience
  • Experience in Trade Show, Event Management or Exhibit Design industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
