Event Logistics & Support Services

  • 30,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Preview & Setup Space gives you the option to see your finished exhibit fully assembled prior to the event.
  • Pre-Show Performance Testing of all structural components, computer and electrical systems and lighting for all exhibits before they leave our facility.
  • Custom Crating, including Handle-Pack Load Out (HPLO).
  • Drayage Monitoring & Worldwide Shipping via trusted carriers who know trade show deliveries and get your product where it is supposed to be on time.
  • Supervised Installation and Dismantle (I&D) to ensure your exhibit is received safely, installed correctly, and packed up properly.
  • Onsite Support provided by our Field Support Specialists, who remain on location for the duration of the event.
