Job Posting: Administrative Assistant

Summary:

Provides administrative support to Client Services Department. This position will report to the Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Account Team
  • Establish and manage project schedules with collaboration from Project Managers
  • Maintain up to date project information within Creatacor internal system
  • Generate requests for estimates, work orders, design requests and other reports as required for projects
  • Coordinate all production/fabrication needs with production teams in order to meet the deadlines
  • Coordinate all graphic requirements between client and internal teams
  • Coordinate all install/dismantling requirements and schedules with project
  • management and logistical requirements and schedules with venue contacts
  • Produce purchase orders for subcontracted services
  • In coordination with Account Team, assist with project financials

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years experience as administrative assistant, will train on job specifics
  • Excellent communication skills both, written and oral
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in budgetary management
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service and strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to function in a fast paced environment
  • Other duties as assigned
