Summary:
Provides administrative support to Client Services Department. This position will report to the Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Account Team
- Establish and manage project schedules with collaboration from Project Managers
- Maintain up to date project information within Creatacor internal system
- Generate requests for estimates, work orders, design requests and other reports as required for projects
- Coordinate all production/fabrication needs with production teams in order to meet the deadlines
- Coordinate all graphic requirements between client and internal teams
- Coordinate all install/dismantling requirements and schedules with project
- management and logistical requirements and schedules with venue contacts
- Produce purchase orders for subcontracted services
- In coordination with Account Team, assist with project financials
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years experience as administrative assistant, will train on job specifics
- Excellent communication skills both, written and oral
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in budgetary management
- Team player
- Excellent customer service and strong problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to function in a fast paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
