For the 2012 Manhattan Cocktail Classic gala, the Virgin Atlantic events team tasked Creatacor with transforming the Trustees room of the New York Public Library into Richard Branson’s living room. A custom framed portrait of the billionaire, touches of classic British elements, an actual red telephone box, and a perfect living Vargas girl made the transformation complete. Our pilot of entertainment, who set us at a comfortable cruising altitude for the night, was NYC’s own DJ Herbert Holler.
Our partners in crime for the evening was the team at Belvedere Vodka (it is the cocktail classic after all!) They sated our appetites with their new Belvedere Lemon Tea vodka. Serving four wonderful selections (Almond Iced Tea – The Red Eye, Lemon Tea Thyme Tonic – Flight of Fancy, Lemon Tea Fresca – The Pond Hopper, Lemon High Tea – Virgin Atlantic Mile High Tea) there was something for everyone.
With the room at capacity and people waiting to get in, we can only declare that the night was a raving success.
