Creatacor, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator / Project Coordinator. Creatacor is the largest supplier of trade show and custom fabrication services in upstate New York. Summary:
Primary role includes coordinating projects linking all departments to ensure each event is produced successfully, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Account Team
- Establish and manage project schedules with collaboration from Project Managers and Account Team members
- Maintain up-to-date project information within Creatacor’s internal system
- Generate requests for estimates, work orders, design requests and other reports as required for projects
- Coordinate all production/fabrication needs with production teams in order to meet the deadlines
- Coordinate all graphic requirements between client and internal teams
- Coordinate all install/dismantling requirements and schedules with project
- Management and logistical requirements and schedules with venue contacts
- Produce purchase orders for subcontracted services
- In coordination with Client Services Team, assist with project financials
- Available to travel as needed
Qualifications:
- Self starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in budgetary management
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to function in a fast paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
